The Tahkeem Center participated through an official delegation in this conference, represented by His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Shehhi, Member of the Executive Committee, Dr. Ahmed Saleh Al-Ajla, Director of the Center, and Ms. Maryam Bin Hadda, Director of Business Development, out of the belief of the Tahkeem Center in the necessity of participating in various local events. Regional and global, which enhances the role of the Sharjah Arbitration Center as a leading center in commercial arbitration, and advances the important and pivotal role that the Center plays in resolving disputes.
His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Shehhi, a member of the Executive Committee, said that the third international conference of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, which is held within the Riyadh International Dispute Resolution Week, represents an opportunity for specialists in the field of arbitration to meet and learn about all developments and changes related to commercial arbitration, and it also reflects the keenness of the Sharjah Arbitration Center to be present. In these forums, we communicate with many international centers in this field, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the UAE’s position at the regional and international levels.
Dr. Ahmed Saleh Al-Ajla, Director of the Sharjah Center for International Commercial Arbitration “Tahkeem”, stressed that participation in these specialized events and conferences enhances the means of communicating with expert arbitrators, to discuss the latest developments in the field of arbitration, and exchange views on important common issues, in addition to strengthening relations.
